Iconic rock legend Phil Lynott died on January 4, 1986, 25 years ago today. He died of heart failure and pneumonia in Salisbury District Hospital, England. Thin Lizzy is one of Hard Rock’s best bands with a string of classic albums spanning various line up changes. Their live show was legendary. In 2005, a life-size bronze statue of Phil Lynott was unveiled on Harry Street, off Grafton Street in Dublin.
